Harbin Airport Switches to New Flight Schedule

Harbin Taiping International Airport, the northernmost airport in China, began using a new flight schedule for the summer and autumn months on March 25, reported Harbin Daily.

Forty-six domestic and international airlines will operate 1,485 flights each week, a year-on-year growth of 3.7 percent for the airport.

According to the new schedule, Harbin Taiping International Airport has opened another 12 terminals, bringing the total to 105. The new terminals will accommodate domestic flights to Lhasa, Lijiang, Luoyang, Huizhou, Qingyang, Quanzhou, Shangrao, Zunyi, Wudalianchi, Jiansanjiang, and Yichun, and an international service to Singapore.

Harbin Taiping International Airport has also added 47 new domestic flight routes, bringing its total to 183.
