On the 28th, the Ural Airlines of Russia opened the flight from Harbin to Saint Petersburg via Yekaterinburg. This route became the 11th flight to Russia opened at Harbin Airport after the flights to Russian cities as Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, IKT and Yakutsk, etc.

This flight is carried out by airplane A320 of Ural Airlines of Russia, one flight on each Saturday. The flight No. is U6755/6. The specific time is: take off from St. Petersburg at 14:30, arrive in Yekaterinburg at 19:15; take off from Yekaterinburg at 20:45, and arrive in Harbin at 5:40 in the next day. Take off from Harbin at 23:55, arrive in Yekaterinburg at 3:35 in the next day; take off from Yekaterinburg at 6:05 and arrive in St. Petersburg at 7:00 (all the times shown here are the local times).

With the opening of the flight to Saint Petersburg, Harbin Airport has realized flights to 11 Russian cities including Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, IKT, Yakutsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok and Chita, etc., and 20 flights each week.

The person-in-charge from the Marketing Department of Heilongjiang Airport Group sayed that with the advancing of the “one belt and one road” strategic conception, the scale of Sino-Russian aviation market would be further expanded, and there were great business and tourist demands between both parties. The opening of this airline would dredge a more convenient and faster air bridge for economic and cultural communications between both cities and furthermore, even between China and Russia, and open another airway for the construction of “one belt and one road”.
