2014 Harbin Snow Expo to Be Officially Open on Dec. 20, 2013

It has been learned from the Snow Expo Organizing Committee that the Snow Expo will be officially opened to the public on Dec. 20th, and the ticket price will be ¥240 each. Students and soldiers can enjoy half-price tickets ¥120 each ,and Harbin citizens can buy ¥150 citizen tickets.

The groups that enjoy half-price tickets (¥120 ): university students who hold student ID cards and buy tickets by presenting their own second-generation ID cards (graduate student and foreign student ID cards are invalid); primary and middle school students holding their own student ID cards; 1.2-1.4 m tall children; the elderly aged 60-69; soldiers in active service of PLA who hold army identity cards or soldiers cards and police officers in active service of CAPF who hold officers cards.

The groups that enjoy free admission: Children under 1.2 m in height; handicapped people that hold disability certificates and buy tickets by presenting their second-generation ID cards; the elderly over 70 (inland residents need to hold their own second-generation ID cards, Hong Kong and Macao residents need to hold their mainland travel permits and Taiwan residents need to hold their mainland travel permits or Taiwan compatriot permits. Those who hold foreign passports are not entitled to this offer); reporters holding press cards issued by the National Press and Publication Administration of Radio, Film and Television or the General Administration of Press and Publication.
